Central Govt is busy blaming the states. State Govt claims action is being taken. Police often comes in scene, post a tragedy. So who is keeping a tab on this trade?
Are the people consuming bad liquor to be blamed? Are the ones making this liquor to be blamed? Are the affected families to be blamed? Are the authorities to be blamed? The question yet again remains unanswered, who is to be blamed - people for their lack of knowledge and desire to escape from the realities or authorities for not being in control...........
