We would like to do a special series on Uttarakhand.

We will do a weekly prime time programme- KHOJ UTTARAKHAND, which will be like Uttarakhand Ka Kal , Aaj aur Kal.

The programme will be in a magazine format and will bring out essential aspects covering tourism, religious tourism, adventure tourism , eco- tourism traditional health sector , medicinal plant wealth and development

The great past of Uttarakhand including the Himalayas, scenic beauty temples, ancient monuments, historic places, tourist attractions, traditions in music art etc.
The educational institutions, the encouragement being given by the new state Govt, the new initiatives, the plans for free and compulsory education, the tourism and rural upliftment works, the concern for the rural people, the building of other infrastructure facilities, the industrial growth etc. This is the modern Uttarakhand where investment is being welcomed.
Because of the way Uttarakhand is being developed, the way even its scientific, technological, industrial infrastructure is being strengthened, it will be the place for tomorrow also .

Thus we will do this innovative programme.

The telecast will be every week at a fixed time- at prime time between 7 and 8 p.m., with repeat telecasts the next day.

The programmes will be produced and telecast at Rs.7.50 lakh per episode inclusive of research, shooting, travel to different geographical locations, boarding , lodging, computer animations of the technology used, editing, special effects and packaging in tune with the quality international programmes. This includes the telecast and two repeat telecast charges, plus 120 seconds of free commercial time per episode.

This venture is like a campaign and we will ensure that we will do it in that style.
